Return & Refund policy

The item doesn't fit? Or, you want a different color? No problem. To start a return, please email customer service amymabsboutique01@gmail.com

All returns or exchanges must be made within 10 days of delivery date or your item will not be refunded. Shipping label purchased at buyers expense. Returns will not be accepted without tags, damages, odor, or markings. Cannot be washed prior to return. 

Your refund will be through store credit with shipping cost deducted. 

Summer sale, sale items, discounted items, and final sale items are not eligible for refund or exchange. All sale items are FINAL SALE. 

We don't accept returns or exchanges on any international orders. We are not responsible for any lost packages during the international shipping process. Once the international order is shipped and scanned by mail carrier, we no longer responsible.
